As holders of public - private dialogue in the field of microfinance and non-banking financial institutions, we are working continuously analyzing the financial system in cooperation with regulatory institutions, led by the National Bank of Macedonia and the Ministry of Finance and identifying the challenges faced by our members and their clients. The dialogue is focused on building a favorable regulatory environment for the introduction of new and modern technologies and innovations in the industry as a key factor for sustainable development of microfinance.

In continuous communication through partnership with regulators and other stakeholders we are working to improve the policy and regulatory framework, applying various tools and instruments, in the form of analyzes, studies, specialized training and other related activities that promote the principles of competitiveness , innovation and financial inclusion.
